Training has become a prerequisite for skill augmentation of the workforce of the country in order to achieve the mighty goal of New India@75 and to assist in better governance in the country. As a think tank involved in policy research, CPRG actively strives to lead the country towards Good Governance by assisting the officials at the helm of affairs with quality research about the policies of the Government of India.

CPRG has aided in making governance procedures more participative, accountable, effective and efficient by including the grassroots in the efficacious implementation of the National Education Policy. People are the essence of both training and governance.CPRG thus strives to pave the way for people-centric, democratic governance, and initiatives like SAMVAD which was an attempt to involve the grassroots in the analysis of the impact of the National Education Policy, 2020 on the Tribal community serve as stepping stones to it.
