Regional Development

CPRG India > Regional Development

Regional growth has been a major area of concern for economic thinkers around the world, especially since the late twentieth century. Regional Development is a dynamic, value-laden concept which aims at enhancing standards of living and the general condition of human welfare in a region. India is still characterized by gaping differences in regional aspects of planning, both in urban and rural areas.

CPRG believes that overall national development stems from regional and local development, therefore we act as knowledge partners in core areas like tribal education and development policies like EMRS (Eklavya Model Residential School) to aid in the better implementation of public policies, and thereby promoting regional development in the country.
