The Future Policy Leaders Programme (FPLP) is a year-long online training programme designed to introduce school students to public policy, research, legislative functioning, organisational values, and critical skills like communication and leadership.
Through structured modules that fit alongside school schedules, the programme combines expert-led sessions, guided writing tasks, and experiential activities to provide a holistic learning experience.
Programme Structure
Duration: May 2026 to April 2027 (12 months)
Sessions: 24 Sessions I 2 sessions per month
Time Commitment: 4-5 hours/week
Eligibility: Students in Grade IX to XII
Mode: Online (Zoom)
Programme Fee: ₹8,000 (Need-based scholarships available)
